I was surprised at how good I felt after my first appointment. I do see chiropractor and get massages from various different people. I vacation a lot and often get serviced then. I went in for an hour massage and an adjustment. I have so much lower back pain that radiates down both legs. It also moves around in spots. I think his table he used to decompress my back and the massage worked very well. I left and felt pretty good relief. 👍
